Gastronomy is the transformation of food and beverage culture into art and science. It is more of an art than a mere profession. Gastronomy and culinary arts; It is a multidisciplinary science that includes culture, food, economy, business and many branches of science. The main goal is to train qualified employees for the sector with the training provided. This department provides students with culinary discipline and knowledge to work in food and beverage businesses. Our graduates will be individuals who can conduct research and development individually or as a group on subjects related to their field, understand the importance of professional ethics, and have the necessary knowledge to work in private or public institutions or to establish their own business.
