They can work in middle and upper level cuisine and various management levels in food and beverage businesses. They can work in various areas such as marketing, sales, purchasing, menu planning, production management in food and beverage departments in the tourism sector. Graduates can take part in production and product design in the food industry. For successful and prone students, there is an academic career opportunity and the opportunity to establish their own businesses as a food and beverage manager. It is also among the aims of the gastronomy department to educate students as future entrepreneurs.
