SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is; to teach cold cuisine culture, cold kitchen terms, cold kitchen techniques and basic recipes of cold cuisine.
Course Content: The contents of this course are cold kitchens, cold kitchens applications, cold kitchens, cold kitchens presentations.

Course Specific Rules

As the Course Requirements, students are expected to attend classes, actively participate in class discussions and evaluations, complete applications within the given time, and check their e-mails daily through OIS.

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs)

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) are those describing the knowledge, skills and competencies that students are expected to achieve upon successful completion of the course. In this context, Course Learning Outcomes defined for this course unit are as follows:

  2) Apply the conditions of use of the equipment of the cold kitchen.
  3) Can prepare cold kitchen products.

  1) Will be able to read and criticize the recipe and list the preparations for the cold kitchen.
  2) Evaluates the responsibility areas of the cold kitchen.
  3) Evaluate the theoretical and practical knowledge specific to the field.
