SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE |
Course Objectives: | This lesson aims to define business goals and stakeholders' effect on the business. In the lesson content business and business concepts, types of the business, environment of the business, the goals and responsibilities of the business, finding a place for the business, capacity and the functions of the business will be examined more detailed. Also this lesson aims to give agood background for the future subjects. |
Course Content: | This lesson aims to teach business concept, environmental conditions, how to execute and manage a business, how to market goods and services, how to manage human resources, how to manage accounting-finance and operation functions. |

1) The students will learn the concept, features of business and they can define production factors |

2) The students can explain the internal and external elements of the environment which the business is settled and they can comment about their effects on businesses , also they can explain the business types |

3) The students will realize the decision process whether to establish business and feasibility studies, they know the factors that effect the establishment place of the business |

4) The students can define the factors that effect the size of the business and they can define the concept and the types of the capacity |

5) The students can explain the concept of management, functions and current management approachs |

6) Describes the historical process of organisations and management in a way that can explain today |

7) The students will have the knowledge of human resources management |

8) The students can know modern management approaches and benefits to the business. |
