SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: Problems and approaches in work and industry will be examined. In this course, theoretical information that will be presented by the general examination and teaching of motivation, job satisfaction, work commitment, commitment to the organization, work stress, communication, education, etc will benefit students in solving the human and / or organizational problems experienced in the workplace.
Course Content: Research methods in the field of business and organizational psychology, structure of organizations, personality, communication, motivation, positive / negative behaviors within the organization, leadership and work and organizational health issues will be examined.

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs)

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) are those describing the knowledge, skills and competencies that students are expected to achieve upon successful completion of the course. In this context, Course Learning Outcomes defined for this course unit are as follows:
