Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs) are the those describing what the graduates are expected to attain or achieve in their academic and/or professional life after a few years of graduation. In this context, Programme Educational Objectives defined for this programme are as follows:
1 To provide a detailed understanding of applied and theoretical models of business, team, management and organizational factors that determine productivity, performance and behaviors towards employees in business life.
2 To create awareness about the duties and responsibilities of people working professionally in the field of business and organizational psychology and to gain skills for this.
3 To gain the necessary skills and practical solutions to examine the relationship between organization and business life scientifically.
4 Developing the skills of solving individual and group problems and executing projects by analyzing the personal and organizational needs of employees, diagnosing problems, producing appropriate models and interventions.
5 To develop competencies for scientific studies, literature review, reading literature, case studies.
