Those who attend the non-thesis master's program may apply to the master's program with thesis provided that they meet the minimum requirements determined by the higher education institution they apply for. In this case, some courses taken in the non-thesis master's program can be counted as the equivalent courses in the master's program with thesis, if the necessary conditions are met.
