GENERAL INFORMATION

Due to the growing population and rapidly developing tourism sector in our country, trainings in the field of cookery are highly demanded.In the culinary program of our school, besides the theoretical courses for vocational field, preparation and delivery of food to educate young cooks equipped with superior knowledge and skills to meet the need of experienced Edwards in tourism businesses and restaurants will be given a predominantly practical training to acquire all kinds of culinary skills.

In addition to the trainings given to candidates during the 3 1 training system, the internship application will be provided in a short period of time. After completing their education, students who graduate from our department will be able to work as cooks or managers at hotels, restaurants, catering companies both domestically and abroad.
