    PROGRAMME LEARNING OUTCOMES (PLOs)

    Programme Learning Outcomes (PLOs) are those describing the knowledge, skills and competencies that students are expected to attain and/or achieve upon successful completion of the programme. In this context, Programme Learning Outcomes defined for this programme are as follows:

    Knowledge (Described as Theoritical and/or Factual Knowledge.)
    1) Lists the duties and responsibilities of all parties along the supply chain.
    2) Lists warehouse operation procedures, order management, material handling, packaging and labelling processes.
    4) Explains the processes related to foreign trade (INCOTERMS and payment methods, etc.). Having knowledge about INCOTERMS.
    10) Ability to gain operational competence by mastering English and Turkish terms in all areas of logistics.
    11) In addition to being respectful of the values ​​of the sector, being aware of social responsibility and having labor law and professional ethics awareness
    Skills (Describe as Cognitive and/or Practical Skills.)
    5) Applies the theoretical knowledge learned in business life for a semester.
    Competences (Described as "Ability of the learner to apply knowledge and skills autonomously with responsibility", "Learning to learn"," Communication and social" and "Field specific" competences.)
    3) Having basic knowledge of logistics, foreign trade, marketing and customs legislation.
    6) Ability to follow and analyze the internal and external environment of businesses in the field of logistics by knowing the basic characteristics and economic life
    7) Ability to analyze complex problems and bring a multifaceted perspective to problems by synthesizing different ideas, thanks to the applied training received in the field of logistics.
    8) Ability to use theoretical methods regarding design, planning and decision-making within the scope of logistics activities in the field of application.
    9) Ability to interpret and evaluate classical and current theories used in the field of logistics and supply chain, taking into account the developments, changes and tendencies in the sector.
