Course Objectives:
Course Content: Gender perspectives and gender - gender relations; gender relations, gender norms; physical and aesthetic perceptions; mold-judgments; femininity-masculinity, social roles; representations; masculinity, sexism; feminist theory; gender and sexual violence; social cognition, gender relations, and it will focus on issues such as culture.

  2) Eleştirel bir bakış açısıyla toplumsal cinsiyetin toplumsal olarak inşası edildiğini
  3) Feminist kuram içindeki farklı ekollerin toplumsal cinsiyet kavramına yaklaşımı
  4) Cinsiyet, cinsiyet ayrımcılığı, toplumsal cinsiyet rolleri, toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliği gibi temel kavramları tanımlamak; bu kavramlar hakkındaki farklı bakış açılarını eleştirel bir şekilde değerlendirebilmek
  5) Toplumsal cinsiyet farklılıklarının biyolojik, bireysel, çevresel ve toplumsal boyutları
  6) Toplumsal cinsiyete ilişkin mevcut kalıp-yargıları; toplumsal cinsiyetin üretildiği ve sürdürüldüğü mekanizmalar
  7) Toplumsal cinsiyetle ilgili araştırmalar
