SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: The Term Project aims to help students develop a research using the basic principles, theories and theoretical knowledge they have acquired in the field of Business and Organizational Psychology.
Course Content: It includes reporting the steps of determining hypothesis, scanning the literature, citing, evaluating and interpreting the research subject for the research topic determined by the students in accordance with scientific research methods.

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs)

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) are those describing the knowledge, skills and competencies that students are expected to achieve upon successful completion of the course. In this context, Course Learning Outcomes defined for this course unit are as follows:
Knowledge (Described as Theoritical and/or Factual Knowledge.)
  1) They can think and analyze Work and Organizational Psychology Discipline with different application areas.
Skills (Describe as Cognitive and/or Practical Skills.)
  1) They can create a research model.
  2) They can interpret and discuss the findings obtained as a result of the research model.
Competences (Described as "Ability of the learner to apply knowledge and skills autonomously with responsibility", "Learning to learn"," Communication and social" and "Field specific" competences.)
  1) They can independently do a comprehensive literature review on a subject .
