GENERAL INFORMATION

Students enrolled in the Child Development Program support the development of normal, special needs, sick, vulnerable and at-risk children in the 0-18 age group; advises relevant people, institutions and organizations; provides publishing and research services. Considering the high benefit of children and their families and the society they live in, they adopt contemporary approaches and develop and implement projects in this direction.
Child Development Program The program is structured in order to prepare students for the sector as individuals who are aware of the effects of stimuli on child development with their current and innovative aspects in the profession in developing and changing world conditions.
Students who complete the program receive an associate degree and the title of "Child Development Technician". Graduates of this department can work as an assistant trainer in the kindergartens of the schools, nurseries, and the play rooms of the hospitals' children's services.

Students who graduate from the program can transfer with DGS *;
• Transition to Education Faculties' Preschool Education Departments
• Transition to the Child Development Departments of the Faculty of Health Sciences
• Transition to Faculty of Education Special Education Teaching Departments
• Transition to Social Work Departments of the Faculty of Health Sciences
