AIM OF THE PROGRAMME

Beykoz University Vocational School of Finance was established in 2018 in Turkey with the Child Development Program and the World, the 0-18 age group of all children grow up healthy, motor, cognitive, language-social-emotional, to support their development in terms of self-care skills and development In order to enrich the learning environments, it is aimed to raise individuals who can support the development and skill areas of children in areas such as health, education and rehabilitation centers. In the program, it is aimed to train technical personnel who are conscious about maternal health, who can recognize the children who need special education and organize the appropriate educational environment for these children. It is aimed to raise individuals who are aware of creativity, critical thinking, student-centered system and who adopt these thoughts as a principle.

The Child Development Program, a 2-year associate degree program, accepts students with a TYT score. Program students are studying with 3 + 1 Model. With this model, our students complete their competency courses, basic courses, professional field courses in 3 semesters of 4 semesters, and receive practical training in the health and education sector in the last 1 semester.

Graduates can complete their undergraduate programs by transferring to 4-year undergraduate programs of universities or if they are successful in the Vertical Transfer Examination.
Working Areas of Graduates
• In preschool education centers, kindergartens of private and public schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education,
• In day nurseries, kindergartens and crèches under the Ministry of Family and Social Policies,
• In special education and rehabilitation centers,
• Play rooms of children's clinics in hospitals,
• They can also take part in the preparation and execution of child and youth programs and educational programs on radio and television, and can work as a designer in the children's broadcasts and toys sectors.
