GENERAL INFORMATION

The Architecture Undergraduate Program offered within the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at Beykoz University is a higher education program at the bachelor’s degree level designed to provide academic and professional qualifications in the field of architecture. The program is defined as a first-cycle qualification within the Qualifications Framework for the European Higher Education Area (QF-EHEA), and as a Level 6 qualification within the European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning (EQF-LLL), the Turkish Qualifications Framework (TQF), and the Turkish Higher Education Qualifications Framework (THEQF).

The normal duration of the program is four years (eight semesters), and the total workload required for graduation is 240 ECTS credits. Students who successfully complete the program are awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and are entitled to receive the professional title of Architect. The language of instruction is Turkish, and the mode of delivery is formal on-campus education. The program is conducted in accordance with the educational model, regulations, and senate decisions of Beykoz University.

The Architecture Undergraduate Program is positioned within the disciplines of architecture and the built environment and has an integrated academic structure encompassing theoretical knowledge, design practice, building technologies, and components of professional practice.
