1) Has basic, theoretical, applicational and up-to-date knowledge in the field of railway systems management
1.1) Knows the basic numerical applications used in the field of railway systems management
1.2) Has basic technical knowledge of railway systems
1.3) Can prepare train lineups and make load and passenger carrying plans
1.4) Can undertake the applications particular to the carrying of special and hazardous materials
1.5) Has sufficient knowledge on the terminology of railways to use it correctly and effectively in railway business environments

5) Acquires the competencies defined as the institutional outcomes of Beykoz University on the basic level, inline with the expectations of business world and the society.
5.1) Execute the activities towards the personal and professional development of his/her reports.
