AIM OF THE PROGRAMME

The aim of the program is to educate future entrepreneurs, mid-level managers and specialist in order to meet the human resources needs of the railway transportation sector. The graduates of the program have the necessary technical and managerial skills to single-handedly manage a small or middle-size firm in the sector, can use these skills efficiently as a mid-level employee of a larger organization, know the bureaucratic procedures, safety measures and technical processes particular to railway systems, are able to communicate efficiently both in their native language and in English, improve themselves continuously in accordance to the lifelong learning principles..
