SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to enable students to get to know themselves and others and to increase their awareness and to help them to develop themselves.
Course Content: Knowing the concepts of personal development and awareness, increasing the awareness of the person, knowing the functions of non-verbal communication, recognizing and interpreting body language codes in effective communication, knowing and applying the concepts of stress and time management, recognizing and motivating different personality types, recognizing and motivating different personality types, manager and leadership concepts.

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) are those describing the knowledge, skills and competencies that students are expected to achieve upon successful completion of the course. In this context, Course Learning Outcomes defined for this course unit are as follows:
