Course Objectives: |
The aim of this course is to define the concept of communication management, to evaluate communication management within the framework of a systematic plan, and to convey to the student the correct communication models with the target audience. |
Course Content: |
The content of this course, which is based on communication and management concepts, consists of persuasion, propaganda, public diplomacy, lobbying, perception management, corporate social responsibility, crisis management, reputation management, corporate communication management and tools. |
