PROGRAMME EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEOs)

Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs) are the those describing what the graduates are expected to attain or achieve in their academic and/or professional life after a few years of graduation. In this context, Programme Educational Objectives defined for this programme are as follows:
1 Have sufficient infrastructure in the fields required by the First and Emergency Aid area and gain theoretical and practical knowledge in these areas.
2 Have knowledge in the field of emergency health services, follow the developments in the field, have the ability to do research and examination, develop problem solving skills.
3 Adhering to ethical values, aware of professional responsibilities, sensitive to social events and taking individual responsibility, respecting human rights and People who value and happy to save lives.
4 Has the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, relatives, physicians and other health professionals.
5 Recognizing the institutions and organizations in the health system; Acts as an individual working in the field of First Aid and Emergency Aid in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation related to his / her duties, rights and responsibilities.
6 To be able to interpret and evaluate data, identify problems, analyze and develop evidence-based solutions by using the basic knowledge and skills acquired in the field.
7 Gains the ability to take responsibility by taking team members to solve complex and unpredictable problems encountered in applications related to the field.
8 To be able to master the systems and basic structures and anatomy of the human body with the ability to reach, evaluate and apply the basic scientific knowledge in the field.
