GENERAL INFORMATION

At the present time in which boundaries are removed with globalization and time concept has gained importance, aviation sector which is accepted fast and reliable, is continuing to improve rapidly. These improvements and regulations that have been implemented encourage more airline companies to join civil aviation sector. Parallel to this, domestic and international flight points in airline passenger transportation are increasing rapidly.
While aviation sector improves rapidly, needs of the qualified personnel (job vacancy) is gradually increasing at the same time. There are job vacancies of cabin crew who have knowledge about international civil aviation organizations and regulations, duties and responsibilities of cabin crew, passenger relations, emergency rules and first aid and who have very good communication skills and have a good knowledge of foreign language and it is obvious that this deficit will not be met in the near future.
Aim of this program is to educate cabin crews who will be able to meet the demands for the educated cabin services personnel which is needed for the companies in the sector where there is intense competition, and who are good at the activities in operational level, have the relevant legislation and knowledge, can respond quickly, have leadership and efficient communication skills, good at problem solving, and apart from entrepreneur people who are good at foreign language skills and information technologies, to educate people who will be able to have knowledge about international civil aviation organizations and rules, cabin crew duties and responsibilities, service during flight, normal and emergency safety rules, crew resource management (CRM), customer relations and first aid. There are not only theoretical courses but also practical courses are being executed in the program. Cabin crew is the educated flight crew who enables passengers to travel comfortably, safely and appropriate to the aviation rules from start to finish of a flight.
