SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives:	Learning general information about capital markets and stock exchange, relevant institutions and companies, their roles, markets and operations, investment
Course Content:	Development of capital markets and stock market activities in the world and in Turkey Overview of laws and regulations on regulating capital markets Capital market institutions and organizations in Turkey and their roles Details of the markets and transactions carried out Being an investor and investment instruments

Course Specific Rules

- Continuity is required. - If necessary, classes can be held online with prior notice. - Students will be asked to prepare a presentation on a subject, their success in the presentation will affect the general opinion and semester grade.
