Course Content: Passenger's pre-flight operations at the airport, check-in, boarding, ticket reading, MCO, MPD reading, issuance, Endorsment, FIM, bilateral agreements between airlines, types and types of travel, special transactions and services related to passengers, baggage admission procedures, Explains the information, codes, documents and functions used in passenger services.
