SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE |
Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to encourage the use of design ability built up during the first and second years for programmatic development and design of a building (or a group of buildings) in historical urban contexts. |
Course Content: | Design of buildings informed by historical urban contexts and multi-faceted environmental conditions; analysis and design of settlement-dwelling relationships, buildings of functional complexity and spatial variety; analysis and design of architectonic interpretations of structural systems; study of space/structural systems relations, thermal performance, climatic and acoustical control and user needs. |
Derse Katılım: Öğrenciler derslerinin en az % 70'ine katılmak zorundadır. Derslerin % 70'ine katılmayan öğrenciler otomatik olarak dersten başarısız olacaklardır. Ders Geçme Koşulu: Bir öğrencinin dersten başarısız olmaması için final sınavından 100 üzerinden en az 35 puan alması gerekir. Final sınavından 100 üzerinden en az 35 puan alamayan öğrenci dersten başarısız sayılır. Cep Telefonu Kullanımı: Ders ve sınav süresince özel telefon kullanımına izin verilmeyecektir. Ancak online eğitim sürecinde ders bağlantısının iyileştirilmesi amaçlı grup iletişiminde telefonlar kullanılabilecektir. Yemek, İçecek ve Tütün Mamulleri: Ders sürecinde yiyeceğe izin verilmemekte olup su, çay, kahve gibi içeceklerin tüketimi serbesttir. Derste tütün ürünü kullanılamaz. |
