SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: Civil Aviation Organization Chart and Employees of businesses to help with the task of functional relations between Sections; Problem Solving, Data Loss, Routing Techniques and Principles and Responsibilities in extra-ordinary situations adopts.
Course Content: Passengers at the airport pre-flight procedures, check-in, boarding, ticket read, MCO, MPD read, edit, Endorsment, FIM, among airlines the bilateral agreements, the trip types and varieties, passengers with special operations and services, baggage accepted to the flight operations, the information used in passenger service, codes, documents and explains the functions.

1 Airline. Passenger Services
2.Airline Ground Services

  2) Passenger services performed before flight operations at the airport, check your passport and tickets, check-in process to learn.
  3) Pre-flight passenger services at the airport may terminate the operations performed by the flight check-in to make the closing process.
