SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE |
Course Objectives: | Within the 14 week course duration will be discussed topics such as : The connection between Law of the Sea,Space Law and Aviation Law.Moreover, 1944 Chicago Convention,1963 Tokyo Convention on Offences and Certain Other Acts Committed On-board Aircraft, Montreal Protocol,1929 Warsaw Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules relating to International Carriage by Air and the Hague Protocol to Amend the Warsaw Convention, 1944 International Air Services Transit Agreement, 1944 International Air Transport Agreement,1970 Hague Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft,1971 Montreal Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Against the Safety of Civil Aviation ,1999 Montreal Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules relating to International Carriage by Air, Turkish Civil Aviation Law, Passenger Rights in Aviation,Criminal responsibility of cabin crew and Internatıonal Civil Servant(Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations,VIP Status) will be discussed thoroughly. |
