Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this lecture is to teach the students; gound services which are given to the planes, ground services companies, the equipment and the vehicles which are used for ground services and the services which are given by airport administration.
Course Content: In this course the students will learn; ground services; representation, load/weight control & communication, ULD Control, Passenger & Baggage services, Cargo & Mail, Ramp, Aircraft Cleaning, Fuel & Oil, Airplane Line Maintenanace, Flight Operation & Crew Management, Land Transportation, Catering, Surveillance, Airplane Security, Ground Services Companies, A,B,C Group Working Permissions, Fallow -Me Vehicles & Marshalling, Passenger Bridges, FOD Cleaning, Grass Struggle, Birds & Wild life Struggles, Snow Cleaning, ARFF and SLOT Assignment.
