SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: The main goal of this course is to analyze basic concepts of political science, its methodology and contentious approaches. It aims hence that students are familiar what politics is, how political system function, what political regimes are, what the main political institutions are, how political decisions are made, by which actors political decisions are influenced.
Course Content: Authority, sovereignty and legitimacy, government structures and processes, bureaucracy, executive, legislative and judiciary, classification of political regimes.

Course Specific Rules

Presence and participation of students are essential to take the most benefit from this course. Studying regularly is recommended. Before attending the class, students must study the uploaded materials .
