SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to introduce the basic principles and basics of business finance management to enable the students to approach the financial decision making process from the perspective of a financial manager and to determine the minimum financial costs that bring a competitive advantage.
Course Content: Basic concepts and methods of business finance, time value of money, simple interest and compound interest, equity finance (especially public companies), short term foreign capital financing, long term foreign capital financing, basic information about auto finance.
