SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: The objective of this course is to introduce international sales and negotiation techniques, through real life examples. The students will have a chance to learn the methods of marketing products in the global markets and the negotiation strategies and tactics needed by successful negotiators.
Course Content: This course covers global selling, cross-cultural communication, negotiation and global personal selling process, global human resources, global sales organizations, sales training for a worldwide marketplace, motivating sales force, and managing customer relationships. Using individual negotiation
strategies, organization of negotiating groups, dealing with crisis negotiations in international area, way of improvements for solving disputes by using of arbitrations and court decisions,
