PROGRAMME PROFILE

The Non-Thesis Master’s Programme in Business Administration is positioned within the field of business and management sciences and is structured in accordance with the principles of the Bologna Process and the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS). The level and field classifications of the programme are defined in alignment with national and international qualification frameworks within Beykoz University’s institutional information systems and the ECTS Information Package.

The programme has a strong professional orientation that addresses the theoretical foundations of business and management disciplines at an advanced level while integrating them with practical applications. Core functional areas such as management, organization, accounting, finance, marketing, and strategy are addressed from a holistic perspective, while also being enriched through interdisciplinary fields such as behavioral economics, corporate reputation, cultural studies, and digital transformation.

The programme targets individuals who aim to enhance their knowledge and competencies in business and management, possess analytical and critical thinking skills, and are capable of applying theoretical knowledge in practical contexts. It is particularly designed for professionals who are actively engaged in working life and seek to take on more effective roles in managerial processes.

The programme is structured in response to global competition and digital transformation, offering an approach that relates academic knowledge in business to sectoral developments and societal dynamics. The teaching and learning process is carried out through theoretical courses, practical applications, case analyses, and project-based learning activities.
