GENERAL INFORMATION |
Interior Design is a profession which aims to design interior spaces of architectural spaces with a multidisciplinary approach in accordance with their function and user needs.
Beykoz University Interior Design Program is an associate degree program established in 2017 with an innovative and original education model. With its strong academic staff, it aims to convey the current design approaches and building material information which is renewed every day to its students and in this direction, it has adopted the principle of providing graduates with sufficient creative and technical equipment.
Interior Design Program, which is a 2-year associate degree program, accepts students with TYT score. Program students study with 3 + 1 Model. With this model, our students complete the competency courses, core courses, professional field specialization courses in the 3 semesters of the 4 semesters of the program period, and in the last 1 semester they receive practical training in the workplaces in the sector.
Graduated students can pass the 4-year undergraduate programs of the universities if they are successful in the Vertical Transfer Exam held by OSYM or they can complete their bachelor's degree at a university abroad. In case of passing the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) and getting successful score, within the quota of the universities; Handicrafts, Traditional Turkish Handicrafts, Traditional Turkish Arts, Interior Architecture, Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, Architecture, Restoration and Conservation and Illumination departments can graduate from the vertical transfer.
