1) Are able to use their basic knowledge and skills on mobile network, infrastructure, application solutions and M2M(Machine to Machine Communication) and solve the problems on these fields. |

4) Have the knowledge related to current information technologies and devices, hardware, maintenance/ repairing of mobile devices. |
