Knowledge (Described as Theoritical and/or Factual Knowledge.)
1) Are able to use their basic knowledge and skills on mobile network, infrastructure, application solutions and M2M(Machine to Machine Communication) and solve the problems on these fields.
2) Adopt total quality philosophy and
3) Dave sufficient numeral knowledge and skills background on their field.
4) Have the knowledge related to current information technologies and devices, hardware, maintenance/ repairing of mobile devices.
5) Have the ability to follow current technological knowledge on hardware and especially software.
6) Have the skills in terms of mobile marketing and innovative thinking.

7) Use mobile devices professionally.
8) Use current information technologies and devices and the knowledge on hardware, maintenance/repairing and developing of mobile devices effectively.
9) Develop mobile solutions fitting to the necessity

12) Can consult problem solving ways in case of need.
13) Have the ability to apply software and hardware technologies in industry and service.
14) Can use simulation programmes referring to the related field.

19) Inform related people and institutions verbally and in writing about ideas and problem-solving solutions.
20) Share areal ideas and solutions with experts and nonexperts supporting them with quantitive and qualitative data.
21) Use a foreign language(English) at at least Europe Language Portfolio A2 General Level and follow areal developments and communicate with colloeagues
22) Use informatic and communicative technologies in accordance with Advanced Level of Europian Computer Driving Licence.
23) Organize projects and events with social responsibility.
24) Evaluate areal advanced knowledge and skills critically.
25) Plan activities for developing performances of themselves and the people whom they are in charge of in direction of learning targets and manage these processes.
