Programme Learning Outcomes (PLOs) are those describing the knowledge, skills and competencies that students are expected to attain and/or achieve upon successful completion of the programme. In this context, Programme Learning Outcomes defined for this programme are as follows:

Knowledge (Described as Theoritical and/or Factual Knowledge.)
1) Has theoretical and applied knowledge about international trade and international economics.
2) Has basic terminology and knowledge about workflows and work processes in the fields of foreign trade and logistics.
3) Has knowledge about foreign trade legislation, customs legislation and other related legislations, and the ability to follow the related amendments.
4) Has knowledge about the essentials of commercial law.
5) Has knowledge about international financial and accounting operations and the ability to apply these into business life.
6) Has the essential, theoretical, applied and contemporary knowledge about business management.
7) Knows the processes of e-business and direct selling.
8) Knows the essential quantitative and statistical methods about foreign trade.
9) Has the essential knowledge about logistics and supply processes.
10) Has knowledge about foreign trade incentives and its practices.
Skills (Describe as Cognitive and/or Practical Skills.)
11) Knows the basic functions and processes of foreign trade in terms of export and import; and uses this knowledge and skills in work processes.
12) Has knowledge and skills about basic financial and accounting procedures and associated software applications.
13) Knows multi-directional and detailed codes of practice of customs operations, and is competent on preparing documents and completing work processes.
14) Knows and basically applies the functions and processes of international marketing.

15) As a team member, take responsibility of implementation of foreign trade activities and execute the tasks, which are assigned to him.
16) Execute the activities towards the personal and professional development of his/her reports.
17) Take the responsibility of auditing and observing the activities which are executed by his/her reports.
18) Manage independently the basic foreign trade projects.
19) Follow the literature and developments in field of foreign trade.
20) Take risk and responsibility on the implementation of technologies and innovation in the field of foreign trade.
21) Represent the competence of entrepreneurship individually and as a team member
22) Evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired at basic level in the field of foreign trade with a critical approach.
23) Determine the professional and individual learning needs and develop him/her by using lifetime learning opportunities.
24) Coaching on identifying the learning needs of his/her reports, meeting these needs and improve them.
25) Share the ideas based on the basic knowledge and skills acquired within the field of foreign trade through written and oral communication.
26) Share the studies, ideas and solution proposals to problems about issues within the field of foreign trade with professionals and non-professionals in writing, verbally and visually.
27) Use his/her native language at least at a level of European Language Portfolio C1 General Level.
28) Monitor the developments in the field and communicate with peers by using a foreign language (English) at least at a level of European Language Portfolio A2 General Level.
29) Use information and communication technologies together with computer software necessary for their field at least European Computer Usage License Basic (Advanced) Level.
30) Organize and implement projects and activities for his/her social environment with a sense of social responsibility.
