SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: Monitoring of the patient, Preparation of the patient for the operation, Preparation in the operating room before the operation, Preparation of the operating team for the operation, Emstruction, Positioning the patient, Skin cleaning and dyeing of the patient, Fluid balance and documentation in surgery, Instruments, needles and stitches, textile materials in surgery. counting and documentation, Cleaning of the patient and wound closure at the end of the operation, Cleaning and disinfection of the operating room at the end of the operation.
Course Content: Patient follow-up, preparation for surgery, preparation of the operating room, cleaning of the patient, use of tools and materials used in surgery, keeping their cleaning and care, filling and following the necessary forms, transferring the patient, disinfection and sterilization. will be carried out in the operating room services of health institutions under the name of professional practice.
