SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: Managing the creativity process is more than an adjustment and following the rules of typical project management procedures. The success of any creative work depends not only on the ability to come up with good ideas, but also on their ability to develop, manage, and present ideas to others. This course introduces students to creative problem solving techniques that can be applied in the fields of design and communication within a broad approach according to their interests. The success of creative work depends not only on good ideas, but also on the skills to organize and present those ideas.
Course Content: This course is designed to increase the creative thinking and problem solving abilities of individuals for situations where creative and original problem solutions need to be produced. Throughout the course, students will be shown idea generation methods and problem solving processes that they can apply in their personal and professional lives.
