| Course Objectives: |
Understanding people's behavior in the workplace is extremely important to manage human resources successfully. In today's world, where competition is increasing rapidly, the way to success is through understanding the events that occur based on human and group behaviors within the business and analyzing the relationships between them better. The topics included in this course will increase the awareness of the participants and help them to better understand the behavior of the people and groups they work with and to take successful steps by predicting the results. |
| Course Content: |
Organizational behavior addresses issues at three levels: individual, group and organization. In this context, it includes subjects as personality, perception and attribution process, job satisfaction, motivation theories, communication, leadership theories, power and policy, organizational structures, organizational development and change, stress management, entrepreneurship, performance management, corporate culture and ethics. |
