1) 1. Have a knowledge understanding of the international standards to facilitate trade through harmonization of standards
2. Describe how to align regional approach to dealing with sanitary measures and technical barriers to trade issues with WTO norms
3. Recognize and use major challenges to successful implementation of quality assurance approaches
4. Recognize accredited institutions of certification such as Certification Institution for Quality System, Certification Institution for Products, for Laboratory of Quality Tests, Certification Institution for Personal and Certification Institution for Technical Inspection and understand their role in foreign trade
5. Demonstrate to use of regulations to protect the consumers based on international practices for quality, safety and conformity assessment
6. Demonstrate to use of relevant standards for the production of quality goods in a region to facilitate industry competitiveness
