SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives:	The aim of this lecture is to teach the rudiments of export and import regulations and the processes of export and import operations.
Course Content:	In this course, case studies about the export and import types and processes are given, and also export regime decree, regulations and notices import regime decree, regulations and noticesare explained in detail.

1) Students gain the ability to follow export regime decree, regulations and notices and import regime decree, regulations and notices that are needed to be followed in order to perform export and import operations.

2) Students get the knowledge about the responsibilities on the export and import processes.

3) Students will be equiped with the information about the aplication of Foreign Trade Legislation.
