SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives:	This course aims to enable psychology students, researchers, and psychologists to adopt an ethical approach throughout their lives in all professional activities, scientific research, teaching and educational practices, and publications, and to understand ethical values both scientifically and professionally.
Course Content:	The content of this course is to introduce the ethical principles that psychology students, researchers, and psychologists must observe throughout their lives in all professional activities, scientific research, teaching and educational practices, and publications, and to discuss the development and internalization of ethical professional behavior.

Course Specific Rules

Regular attendance is expected.

Ethical and professional conduct must be observed during all course activities.

Presentations and written assignments must be submitted on the specified dates.

Plagiarism is not tolerated in any assignments or examinations.

All references must comply with academic citation standards (e.g., APA).

Respect for differing opinions is required during class discussions.

Students are responsible for fulfilling their individual roles in group work.

Make-up exams are not granted without a valid excuse.

Unauthorized sharing of course materials is considered an ethical violation.
