PROGRAMME PROFİLE

The language of instruction in the department is Turkish; (English) foreign language learning opportunities are offered to students. Since eating and drinking is an art, students are given training in areas such as art history and creativity. Students will have the opportunity to learn the subtleties of Turkish and World cuisines with the knowledge of nutrition, food science, food hygiene, food and beverage management and marketing in the fields of nutrition, marketing and marketing in the course of four years of academic education and practice theoretical knowledge in practice kitchens. In addition to practical courses, the program also includes theoretical lectures that will enable students to grow up as qualified operators and managers.
