PROGRAMME EDUCATİONAL OBJECTİVES (PEOs)

Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs) are the those describing what the graduates are expected to attain or achieve in their academic and/or professional life after a few years of graduation. In this context, Programme Educational Objectives defined for this programme are as follows:

1	Students are equipped with extensive knowledge in fundamental topics of business administration such as management, organizational design, accounting, finance, marketing and human resources.
2	Students gather knowledge in supplementary fields of business administration such as mathematics, statistics, behavior science, law, information technologies etc.
3	Students develop skills to plan and use economical sources and technological tools effectively in organizations by using related theories and methods of business.
4	Students acquire analytical thinking, problem solving, time-management, self-discipline and communication skills.
5	Students are able to solve problems and make decisions in line with ethical values and social responsibilities.
6	Having proficiency in English at a level to be able to understand English sources in the field of business administration and communicate and discuss with foreign colleagues.
