QUALITY ASSURANCE AND LEGAL BASIS

Quality Assurance The quality assurance processes of the Logistics Associate Degree Program are implemented in accordance with the principles of the Bologna Process, the student-centered learning approach, and the philosophy of continuous improvement based on the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) cycle. Within this framework, the program’s educational activities are systematically planned, implemented, monitored, evaluated, and continuously improved in line with established quality standards. Within the scope of the quality assurance system: Program learning outcomes are defined and periodically updated in accordance with the Turkish Qualifications Framework (TQF) and the Qualifications Framework of the European Higher Education Area (QF-EHEA). The alignment between course learning outcomes and program learning outcomes is systematically established and reviewed at regular intervals. Course curricula, ECTS workload calculations, and assessment and evaluation methods are designed based on the principles of student workload. Student feedback, graduate monitoring studies, and the opinions of internal and external stakeholders are taken into consideration in the evaluation and continuous improvement of the program. Educational activities are regularly monitored, evaluated, and reported within the framework of the University`s internal quality assurance system. Through these practices, the program aims to ensure consistency, transparency, accountability, and sustainability among its objectives, learning outcomes, and educational processes. Legal Basis The program structure, learning outcomes, assessment and evaluation practices, and quality assurance processes are implemented in accordance with the following national and international regulations and frameworks: Higher Education Law No. 2547 of the Republic of Türkiye; Regulations and decisions issued by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK); Turkish Qualifications Framework (TQF); Qualifications Framework of the European Higher Education Area (QF-EHEA); Principles and guidelines of the Bologna Process; The Education and Examination Regulations, relevant directives, and Senate decisions of Beykoz University. Accordingly, the program is delivered within an educational framework that is fully aligned with national legislation and international higher education standards, supported by well-defined quality assurance mechanisms and a commitment to continuous improvement.
