SECTION II: INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

Course Objectives & Content

Course Objectives: The aim of the course is to teach students entrepreneurship and business start-up processes and to enable them to write their own business plans.
Course Content: This course teaches entrepreneur candidates how to
- prepare for the entrepreneurship process,
- create a business model and devise strategies and
- prepare and present a business plan.

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs)

Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) are those describing the knowledge, skills and competencies that students are expected to achieve upon successful completion of the course. In this context, Course Learning Outcomes defined for this course unit are as follows:
Knowledge (Described as Theoritical and/or Factual Knowledge.)
  1) The student will know the concept and process of entrepreneurship
  2) Students will be able to master creativity and innovation processes in entrepreneurship
  3) The student will know how to buy an existing business or to enter into a franchising system
  4) The student will be able to create business model and strategies
  5) The student will know all components of business plans and will be able to prepare one.
