| Course Objectives: |
The aim of this course is to examine the concept of employee experience from a strategic human resources management perspective and to develop an understanding of how value-creating experiences can be designed, measured, and managed across all employee touchpoints. The course analyzes the relationships between employee engagement, motivation, organizational culture, and performance through an analytical framework. |
| Course Content: |
Theoretical foundations of employee experience, employee lifecycle and touchpoints, employee experience design and journey mapping, the role of leadership and organizational culture in shaping employee experience, digitalization and data-driven employee experience management, methods for measuring employee engagement and satisfaction, best practices and case analyses. |
