| Course Objectives: |
The aim of this course is to enhance students' communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills in the Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program. Through real-life scenarios and aviation terminology, students will learn to communicate effectively with passengers, prepare professional written documents, express themselves in interviews and presentations, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity and teamwork. |
| Course Content: |
This course covers professional English for cabin crew within a 16-week program. The content includes aviation and cabin terminology, polite requests, giving instructions, and emergency-related communication. Students practice problem-solving, conflict resolution, and cultural awareness through real-life scenarios, role-plays, and group work. Writing practice includes incident reports, complaint letters, emails, and announcements. Additional content features interview preparation, teamwork, debates, and self-reflection activities. |
